Every shot you play has two forms of Balance, namely Still (Static) Balance and Balance in Motion (Swing Motion). Still Balance creates a vertical foundation of Angles & Lines in the Address & Posture for a Balanced Swing Motion to perform from therefore understanding and practicing Still Balance to suit your shot is crucial for consistent shot performance. Using a Practice Drill is a great way to train a position or swing motion that if continually practiced will create an ingrained 'Feel' that will repeat subconsciously when required.
Each lesson has been designed to be used as a learning tool by viewing it on your mobile device when practicing. You can also watch each lesson from the comfort of your home or even your work place, but at break time of course.
