Address & Posture
5 FREE Fundamental Lessons to get you started!
Every shot in Golf has an 'Address & Posture', which is the starting position created before any swing motion takes place AND every shot also has two forms of 'Balance' that must be in place to suit the Shot, the Club and the Lie. 'Static (Still) Balance' is within the Address & Posture that creates a stable foundation of angles & lines for a 'Balanced Swing Motion' to perform from. There are 'Six' balance points within 'Static Balance' and 'Six' balance points within 'Balance in Motion' therefore understanding Balance within the shot is a key fundamental to achieve shot success. Any loss of Balance will cause 'Manipulation' in the Hand & Arm Swing to occur that typically causes 'Grip Pressure' to increase as the Hands try to realign Balance!!
With this in mind Golfing Partner's coaching philosophy is very similar to building a house "It can't be built from the roof down it's built from the ground up!" SO all instruction will start with fundamental and essential positions before progressing to any type of Swing Motion because if it's wrong within the Address & Posture Position (Foundation) I'll guarantee it will be wrong at the Club-Face! (Roof)
Please Note - The Address & Posture Position does change when using different clubs or playing from different lies or playing different types of shot. For ease of instruction I'm using a basic 7 iron position for this series of 5 FREE Lessons.
