Address & Posture
'Five Fundamental Golf Lessons to help get you started'
My coaching philosophy is very similar to building a house "As it can't be built from the roof down, it's built from the ground up with the Club-Face being compared to the roof of the House!"
Every shot has an Address & Posture Position (Foundation) which is the starting position created before any type of swing motion is made. Every shot also has two forms of Balance, namely Still (Static) Balance and Balance in Motion (Swing Motion). Still Balance creates a vertical foundation of Angles & Lines within the Address & Posture for a Balanced Swing Motion to perform from therefore the Address & Posture must be set correctly to suit the Shot, the Club and the Lie before making ANY type of Swing!
An important point to mention is the Address & Posture Position does change when using different clubs, playing from different lies and when using different types of swing motion.
SO the question I'm asking is; "HOW DO YOU PRACTICE YOUR ADDRESS & POSTURE POSITION?"
In this lesson series I'll explain the importance of creating these Five Basic Positions before swinging the Club. Take time to view these all important FREE video tutorials that explain:
