The term "Grip Size" identifies the size of rubber or leather grips on your set of clubs in relation to your hand size. This is a very important point because it helps your hands control the club head through out your swing.

Grip sizes range from small sizes to extra large sizes. The correct size should be fitted to your set of clubs, which is determined by your hand size. If you use a glove then you would not fit a large hand into a small glove or vice versa!

A grip size, which is to narrow/thin for your hands, will encourage your lower hand to be excessively dominant when playing your shot!

Grip sizes, that are to large, wide or fat for your hands, will encourage your upper hand to be excessively dominant when playing your shot!

A good balance between both hands is required!
